Mr. Studer is an accomplished entrepreneur, philanthropist, leadership expert, sports team owner/operator, NY Times best selling author and healthcare executive with extensive experience building and developing high-performing organizations, communities and management teams. Mr. Studer founded Studer Group, a healthcare performance improvement and consulting firm that ultimately worked with more than 1,000 healthcare organizations. Under his leadership, Studer Group grew to over 250 employees before being acquired by Huron Consulting Group in 2015 for approximately $325 million. Mr. Studer has held senior leadership positions at Mercy Health System and Holy Cross Hospital and later served as President of Baptist Hospital in Pensacola, Florida. He helped lead significant improvements in operating performance, employee engagement and patient satisfaction, ultimately positioning his hospitals among the top-performing organizations nationally for patient and employee satisfaction. Mr. Studer has since continued to advise organizations and executives on leadership development, employee engagement, patient experience, organizational culture and operational performance. He is also the Founder of Studer Community Institute and is actively involved in a number of entrepreneurial and community development initiatives.
